CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Person to join our client based in Winchester.

The successful Telesales will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls.
• Seek enquiries in for the sales team to quote.
• This will require working with 3 types of customers.
• First time calls, cold calls to introduce the company and see if they would have a requirement.
• Prospective calls, calling the existing data base of customers yet to use a service.
• Existing customers, to reinforce relationships for future business.
• KPI will be set as calls per hour, tickets generated an inquiries received.
• Working on a CRM system with a phone system linked.

The Telesales will have:

• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills and positive telephone manner
