Job Description - Telesales

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative in our offices in Worcestershire to grow business across England and Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales or graduate looking for a career in Business to Business Sales environment where with training and development they can progress their career within the business.

This role not only offers career progression but also a very competitive salary, bonus scheme, contributory pension, and holiday allowance.

Key Deliverables

  • Deliver best in class representation for Corporate Commercial Surveyors through delivery of agreed metrics.
  • Maximise potential for sales growth opportunities for the brand through best in class customer relationships with external decision makers.
  • Execute all internal admin with 100% accuracy in a timely and efficient manner always trying to improve the process.
  • Manage a call schedule that prioritises the potential for sales growth from your prospects
  • Provision of customer intelligence data & ad hoc wider market projects back to the relevant business contacts.

  • Passionate about B2B sales and how to sell, excite and educate our customers of the potential and opportunity our brand can play in the category.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital. Customer and stakeholder focus is key.
  • Be clear on what needs to be done to deliver the end results. Take ownership & be accountable for own performance demonstrating a can-do approach & delivering on commitments.
  • Strong organisational skills, personal efficiency, time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Take ownership and accountability for journey plan review and management.
  • Actively take opportunities to expand your skill set through training, project work & internal networking.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Ability to sell using relationships, category information and empathy
  • IT literate and competent in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word Skills)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Naturally strong on detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
