This Milton Keynes company are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their telesales / call centre team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone wanting to place orders, ask questions.... you will promote, sell and advise customers on products to ensure you hit your targets.

For this role you will...

• Be confident on the phone, have the ability to make a good first impression, and enjoying building relationships that lead to repeat business
• Deal with all aspects of the ordering process, from quote through to delivery, so being on the ball is key as you may be required to chase delayed orders or availability of products, to update the customer
• Have GCSE’s, or equivalent, in Maths and English, and be proficient on a computer with Microsoft packages, and have some experience in a similar environment.
