• Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately taking and inputting orders.
• Convert incoming calls into planned outbound sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clear, personable, and professional telephone manner.
• Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring proactive and effective resolution.
• Promote and upsell our own brand products and current promotions.
• Support Account Managers with new business acquisition and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular telesales customers.
• Target specific customers with relevant product offerings to drive sales.
• Carry out general office administration duties including order processing, filing, post sorting, and confirmations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
