Job Description - Telesales Advisor

Telesales Advisor - WARM LEADS
£27,000 + uncapped commission
Fareham
08:00 - 17:00 Mon- Fri

Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside a renewable energy installation, service, and repair company in their search for a switched on Sales Advisor

As a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner and a Which? Trusted Trader, their reputation for hard work and reliability makes them the area's number-one choice for renewable energy needs.

This role will suit somebody who is happy working to KPI's, who wants to succeed in a sales environment, and has an outgoing personality.

Role Description

NO COLD CALLING!

This role is warm leads based and focussed on incoming enquiries

Following up on incoming enquiries received through portal and website regarding surveys
Lead chasing on quotes requested by potential customers
Calling current customers to follow up on installation
Recognise and act upon upselling opportunities
Maintaining customer relationships
Answering customer enquiries

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Sales skills with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
Ability to participate in Training and continuously improve product knowledge
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous telesales experience is a plus but not a necessary
High school diploma or equivalent education
