Telesales Agent

CCP are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly growing automotive brand during an exciting phase of their growth journey. Our client is investing in a brand-new telesales function and is looking to recruit a dynamic and confident Telesales Agent to help shape the team and drive sales performance.
 
The Telesales Agent will be responsible for contacting both existing and new customers to introduce them to a range of premium vehicle-related products and services. This includes making calls to customers who have recently enquired but not purchased, as well as upselling additional services to enhance their ownership experience, from warranty packages to finance options.
 
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships over the phone. If you're used to making regular outbound calls, are driven by targets, and have a genuine passion for the automotive world, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
 
Experience working in automotive, high-end retail, or luxury customer service will be a strong advantage - especially if you're used to supporting customers who expect a premium level of service.

Logistics
Salary- £26,000- £40,000 (OTE)
5 day working week across Monday- Sunday
Office Based 5 days a week (parking on site)
