What You’ll Be Doing:

• Outbound calling to a huge database of 200,000+ UK clients
• Building rapport, handling objections, and guiding decision-makers to real savings
• Pitching tailored utility solutions that make a real difference
• Managing your own pipeline and smashing KPIs
• Providing top-notch service from start to finish
• Keeping admin sharp and tidy using our slick CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator with a big personality and even bigger resilience
• Someone who lives for connecting with people and loves a good challenge
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to grow with us

Bonus Points For:

• B2B or energy sales experience
• Proven success hitting high-volume call targets
• A strong track record in previous roles (12+ months preferred)
