Job Title: Contact Centre Sales Advisor
Salary: £24,000 – £25,100
Bonus: Uncapped commission structure (OTE £30,000 – £35,000)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Logistics: Fully Remote, Hybrid (1 day in office) or Fully on-site.

We're recruiting 2 x Contact Centre Sales Advisors to join their expanding sales team on a full-time, permanent basis, starting Monday 2nd June 2025.

Key Attributes for Success:Outbound Sales Experience:
You’ll be speaking to customers who are ready to purchase an annual insurance policy. These are warm leads - no cold calling - and your goal is to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close the sale with confidence and care.
FCA Knowledge & Compliance:
You must have prior experience working in an FCA-regulated environment and be confident using dialler systems. Adhering to compliance and regulatory standards is critical.
Drive & Service Mentality:
You’ll be positive, proactive, and target-driven, while still maintaining a service-first approach in every customer interaction. Your ability to listen and build rapport will set you apart.
Adaptability & Communication:
Whether you’re remote or in-office, clear communication and personal accountability are vital. You’ll be well-organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Details: - Start Date: Monday 2nd June 2025 (must be available)
- 2 Weeks fully on-site training.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and 10am - 6pm (no weekends!)

- Fully remote (UK-based)
- Hybrid (1 day per week in Aylesbury office - Wednesdays)
- Fully office-based (Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire)
- Background Check: Required before employment begins
