Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm
Basic: £25,000 | OTE: £30,000

Are you confident on the phone and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment? We're working with a growing business in Warrington that’s on the lookout for enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join their friendly, target-driven team. This is a fully office-based role with no weekend work and real opportunity to earn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll be contacting commercial businesses to identify the right person who handles their decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and introducing the company’s services.
• Gathering key information.
• Identifying whether they could be saving money.
• Booking qualified, face-to-face appointments for our field sales consultants.
• Working through warm, or generating new leads when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or B2B lead generation is beneficial.
• A confident and engaging phone manner.
• Self-driven, positive, and ready to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and building rapport quickly.
