White Label Sinks and Taps is a B2B distributor specialising in supplying high-quality kitchen sinks and taps to the trade. Supplying installers, kitchen retailers and builders' merchants, the company offers a range of durable, stylish products designed to meet the demands of professional trade customers.

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Telesales & Office Support Administrator. This is a varied role combining outbound/inbound telesales with general office administration support — perfect for someone who enjoys speaking to customers and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

* Making outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on enquiries

* Handling inbound customer calls and converting enquiries into sales

* Building and maintaining customer relationships

* Providing general office/admin support (data entry, scheduling, email correspondence)

* Processing orders, quotes, and invoices as needed

* Keeping accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions

* Liaising with the wider team to ensure smooth order/service delivery

* Providing secretarial support to field sales team

* Confident, clear telephone manner

* Self-motivated — able to work independently from home

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable using phone systems, email, and basic office software (Sage 50, Word/Excel)

* Reliable home internet connection and a quiet, organised workspace
