• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound tactics including cold calling and networking
• Understand client needs and present customised solutions that add real value
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute directly to company growth
• Log all activity and client interactions in the CRM with precision
• Collaborate with marketing and fellow sales team members to align strategies and share insights

• 1-2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales with proven results
• Confident communicator with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
• Highly driven self-starter who thrives on targets and rewards
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
