Telesales / Data Entry Assistants

Baltic Recruitment are supporting our client with their requirement for 6 Remote Telesales / Data Entry Assistants. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working independently from home while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, communication, and accuracy. The role will involve a combination of telesales/calling activity and data entry, so prior experience in these areas, or experience that is clearly transferable, will be essential.

Role Overview

We are looking to recruit 6 candidates for a Remote Telesales and Data Entry Assistant role. The successful candidates will be expected to work 9 hours per day, with a 9:00am start time, and must be available to work a minimum of 5 days per week. Their business operates Monday through to Sunday, so flexibility is important, and candidates may be rostered across any 5 days within that operating week depending on business requirements.

This is a remote-based role, and candidates will be provided with the relevant software and systems required to carry out the position effectively. This includes access to our dialler system for calling activity and our Sage data recording system for accurate input and management of information. As such, candidates should be comfortable working with digital systems, following structured processes, and managing both calling and administrative tasks within a remote environment.

Candidate Requirements

Must have relevant telesales, call handling, customer contact, administration, data entry, or otherwise relatable experience clearly shown on CV.

In addition to experience, there is a language requirement for this role. All candidates must speak English, as well as at least one of the following languages:

French
Portuguese
Spanish
Italian

Candidates must also be suitable for a fully remote role, meaning they should be organised, reliable, confident speaking to customers or contacts over the phone, and capable of working to a structured daily routine with minimal supervision.

As part of the Recruitment and Onboarding Process, there will be a 20-minute interview. This interview will allow our client to assess communication skills, relevant experience, language capability where required, and general suitability for the role.

Hourly rate: £18
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
