My exciting Malvern based client are looking for an ambitious business development executive to join their team.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and pitching the companies' services to senior-level executives across various industries.

This role requires a consultative approach with the ability to sell solutions to clients. We are looking for candidates who are logical thinkers with good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails to generate qualified leads from a set list

Book appointments with senior-level executives (C-suite, Head of Ops, IT Managers).

Confidently pitch our custom software solutions to potential clients and make appointments for the sales director

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

Business degree or equivalent experience.

Business acumen, logical problem-solving, ability to identify gaps in provisions, process, and portfolio.

Experience in business development or sales.

Resilient, self-motivated, confident, capable, conversational, and willing to learn.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage and excite potential clients.

Comfortable with cold outreach, following up on events, and booking appointments on the stand.
