Job Description - Telesales Executive

Telesales & Administration Executive

Bury St Edmunds
Up to £30,000 per annum
Flexible Hours (No Weekends/Evenings)

Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is currently seeking a new member of their Telesales team due to the expansion of the business. Our client works with various high-end clients all over the UK within the catering industry, supplying them with premium products and the best customer service possible.

The core working hours for this role are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Daily Duties -

Contacting warm prospective clients to introduce the company and offer samples to be sent to them
Research and qualify leads over the phone and ensure the CRM system is kept updated
Sending follow up emails to prospective customers
Provide support throughout the whole sales process and ensure the client is receiving the best service possible
Handle inbound customer calls and assist with order processing

Person Specification -

Confident and personable phone manner
Strong attention to detail and professional approach
Experience in outbound calling is essential
Confident in written communication skills
Previous experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
Bonus: Previous use of courier platforms
