Telesales Executive - Bury St Edmunds - £27-30k (DOE)

We are currently seeking a Telesales Executive on behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, who are a small family run business. This role is perfect for someone not afraid to pick up the phone to work in a friendly and positive environment!

Salary: £27-30k (DOE)

Hours: 09:00am-17:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to pre-vetted prospect customers to introduce the companies products.
• Follow up on successful calls with product samples to clients.
• Think creatively about new potential customer opportunities, vetting them directly.
• Providing sales quotations to customers and handling incoming client calls.
• General Ad hoc administration requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a Telesales position.
• Great customer Service skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Computer savvy and able to adapt to different software packages.
• Team player!
