Job Overview

Our client are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Telesales Executive to join their sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective business customers, identifying their needs, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, commercially aware, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively contact prospective business customers via telephone.

* Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.

* Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.

* Present and promote products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.

* Book appointments for the field sales team where required.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

* Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximise conversion rates.

* Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.

* Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

* Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.

* Stay informed about company products, services, competitors, and market developments.

* Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer service to maximise business opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Essential

* Previous experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or business development.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

* Good organisational and time management skills.
