Telesales Executive

Personnel Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our client's sales team! You will be contacting new and existing customers in order to grow accounts and meet revenue targets. Your enthusiasm, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills will help the business grow .

* Monday to Friday

* 8am - 4pm

* £26k + bonus

Duties

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach

* Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that add value.

* Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive relationships.

* Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and identify upselling opportunities.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of services.

* Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational tools for accurate reporting.

Requirements

* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.

* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software for effective time management.

* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, set goals, and work independently with minimal supervision.
