Telesales & Sales Support Executive

£28,000–£32,000 + Commission + Bonuses + Benefits

We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded Telesales & Sales Support Executive to generate new business opportunities while supporting the wider sales team.

This is a varied, target-driven role combining outbound telesales, lead generation, appointment setting and sales administration. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards clear targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to targeted prospects

* Identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities and book appointments

* Follow up warm leads and support sales campaigns

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

* Support the sales team with follow-ups, diary coordination and administration

* Keep CRM records, call notes and customer information accurate

* Manage callbacks, reminders and basic activity reporting

* Work to KPIs within a monitored and recorded call environment

* Use feedback and coaching to continually improve performance

About You

* 2+ years’ experience in telesales, outbound sales or appointment setting

* Excellent spoken English and communication skills

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Resilient, motivated and target-driven

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Strong IT skills

Desirable: B2B sales, CRM, sales support/administration, or experience working with commercial sectors.
