Salary: £31,900 basic + realistic OTE of £34,900+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00am - 1:00pm)

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

Achieving individual sales and KPI targets
Managing inbound customer enquiries and processing orders
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships over the telephone and in person
Providing expert product advice and solutions
Supporting customers throughout the sales process to ensure an exceptional experience
Recording and reporting sales opportunities and customer feedback
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Sourcing products and liaising with suppliers where requiredAbout You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous telesales, internal sales, trade counter or customer service experience
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
A proactive and positive attitude
Good IT skills and experience using sales or order management systems
