Telesales Representative

An excellent opportunity to join a leading business in the Hawes area! We are currently recruiting a Telesales Representative to join our busy internal sales and customer service team. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with a strong telephone manner, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote our range of products.

• Handle inbound telephone enquiries including:

  • Sales orders (entered onto a bespoke computer system)

  • Order chases and product queries

  • General product information and support

• Process sales orders, including email, fax, and postal orders.

• Create purchase orders and arrange all necessary paperwork for export orders.

• Handle customer returns and process them accordingly.

• Perform general office duties such as post and filing.

Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs efficiently.

• Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
