Job Description - Telesales Representative

Eden Mobility, the UKs leading Mobility provider, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated, highly driven Telesales Representative/Advisor to join their busy Sales Department.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform/advise them about our products
Answering inbound calls from potential or existing customers
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and book appointments for home visits.
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and discussing new products in our range.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
This fantastic opportunity to join the UK's leading mobility company also comes with an excellent sales package which includes a £23,000 plus commission/bonus. You will receive 20 days paid holidays per year plus all bank holidays, rising to 21 days after 1 years complete service, with an incentive to earn extra holiday time through consecutive non-sickness.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 and alternative Saturdays 08:30 to 14:00
