We're seeking a natural leader who thrives on coaching others and knows how to drive performance without losing sight of the people behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Regular coaching and mentoring.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborating with Sales Team Leaders.
• Reporting on team progress.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensuring product knowledge and delivering training.
• Driving performance via pipeline management.
• Leading 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Equipping your team for success.
• Embedding sales vision and strategy.

What You'll Need:

• Strong telesales / cold calling background.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong communication (written & verbal).
• Solid understanding of sales processes & KPIs.
• Confidence in giving constructive feedback and accountability.
• Performance mindset with focus on targets.

Nice to Have:

B2B telesales experience in telecoms/IT.
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales.
