Primary Purpose: We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our European Total Rewards team on a temporary assignment (maternity cover). This role will support with a range of administration activities, covering multiple European countries, and is a great opportunity to develop knowledge in the specialist field of Compensation & Benefits. This person will need to be confident with systems & excel and passionate about providing a great employee experience.

  Act as a designated point of contact for ‘Benefits’ – manning the shared inbox and replying to queries in a helpful and time-sensitive manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Process and reconcile benefits-related invoices via our SAP system.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate monthly membership updates with our benefit vendors, and Payroll, to ensure employee changes are reflected promptly i.e. joiners & leavers.

  
  


• 
  

  Capture requests to change pension contributions and share with Payroll.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update the dedicated ‘Benefits Europe’ page on our company’s intranet platform (The Loop) to share timely communications relating to these topics.

  
  


• 
  

  Support with ‘testing’ and sharing feedback for the build of a new benefits platform.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Director of Total Rewards with other benefit-related topics / projects.

  
  

The accomplished individual will possess...

  Ideally some experience in Benefits / HR / Payroll or Finance.
