🗓️ Contract Details:

Location: Holborn, Central London
Rate: £20 - £23 per hour
Duration: Minimum of 1 month (with potential for extension)✨ Key Responsibilities:
As the Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of exceptional events. Your key responsibilities will include:

Speaker & Stakeholder Management: Handle all communications from initial outreach to post-event follow-up.
On-Site VIP Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
Content Management: Create and maintain accurate event platform and mobile app content, ensuring timely updates.
Website Updates: Carry out routine updates related to events on the organisation's website.
Event Execution Support: Assist with on-site coordination, including:- Green room management
- Slide management
- General event support

Administrative Duties: Efficiently handle queries and support the delivery of conference dinners and social events.🛠️ Skills & Experience Required:
To thrive in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in event coordination or support.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills to juggle various tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
