Job Description - TEMP -PERM TRANSPORT PLANNER FREIGHT FORWARDING

We are recruiting for a Transport planner to join a Global Freight forwarder based in Basildon on a temp - perm basis to start asap

Planning delivery routes for fleet vehicles
Handle any discrepancies quickly
Maximize load capacity and orchestrate driver and vehicle schedules for optimal profitability
Engage pro-actively in driver PCM sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Planning experience in multi drop transport is essential

Working hours Monday to Friday 12noon-8.30pm

You must have a full 5 year checkable work history and be willing to have a criminal record check completed before starting employment
