We are currently looking for a temp to perm HR Manager with On-boarding experience, this is for an immediate position. The role is for an education company which is based in North West London and will be paying up to 60k depending on experience. This is an office based role and is working 8-4.
The role
- Analyse trends and metrics
- Engage with managers to conduct a detailed training and learning needs analysis
- Plan, develop and facilitate required training activities
- Train, coach, and guide managers in the development of working practices
- On-boarding new starters
