Yard Operative Required – Northampton NN5

Location: Northampton NN5
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Role: Temporary Holiday Cover

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our client based in Northampton NN5 on a temporary holiday cover basis.

This is a hands-on role working outdoors, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy yard.

Duties Include:

✅ General yard maintenance
✅ Manual handling duties
✅ Keeping the yard clean, safe and organised
✅ Assisting with general site duties as required

✅ Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of manual work
Reliable and hardworking
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous yard, labouring or warehouse experience would be advantageous
No FLT licence required
Holiday Cover Required:

14th September to 30th September
21st September to 25th September
