Recruitment Consultant – Reed Brighton (Crawley) Business Support Temps
Salary: £26,000–£34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential
Location: 1st Floor, Peveril Court, 6 London Rd, Crawley RH10 8JE
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home (after induction and subject to performance)
Contract: Permanent – full‑time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) or part‑time (4 full days or 5 shorter days)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
About the Role
Reed Brighton is seeking a motivated Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team based in Crawley. You will manage and grow a desk specialising in temporary business support roles, partnering with both new and existing clients across the region.
You’ll be joining a high‑performing office, giving you the opportunity to learn from top billers and collaborate closely with a successful accountancy recruiter to share client leads. The desk currently bills around £1,000 per month, with a substantial network of lapsed clients across the Brighton area—offering excellent potential for growth.
