Temporary Administrator

Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy logistics company based in Coatbridge.

This is a temporary position providing holiday cover, with an expected duration of 5–6 weeks, commencing Wednesday 17th June.

Role Details:
• Location: Coatbridge
• Duration: 5–6 weeks
• Start Date: Wednesday 17th June
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1hr lunch)
• Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (Living Wage)
• Fully office-based role

Key Responsibilities:
• General data entry
• Processing and updating records
• Filing and document management
• Handling emails and correspondence
• Providing general administrative support
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems
• Assisting with other office duties as required

Requirements:
• Previous administration experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Previous experience within a logistics or transport environment would be advantageous, but is not essential

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator seeking a short-term assignment within a fast-paced logistics environment.
