Huntress Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to support a busy team in Aylesford.

This is a straightforward temporary role that would suit someone who enjoys working with information, keeping records up to date and helping a team with day-to-day administration.

The role is initially to provide cover for a period of absence, with the possibility of an extension.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

Entering information accurately into internal systems
Checking information and ensuring records are complete
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Helping with other ad-hoc tasks as requiredAbout you

We're looking for someone who is:

Accurate and detail-focused
Comfortable working with data and computer systems
Well organised and able to follow processes
Reliable and punctual
Confident communicating with people over the phone and in personPrevious administration experience would be useful, but we're more interested in finding someone dependable, accurate and willing to get stuck in.
