Must haves

* Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, FMCG, or supply chain environment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

* Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving

* Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

* Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships

Nice to haves

* Experience using ERP systems

* Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or order processing environments

* Experience working with third-party logistics providers

So, what will you be doing?

* Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems

* Ensuring orders meet customer-specific requirements and agreements

* Managing delivery issues and customer complaints, escalating where required

* Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information

* Producing reports and supporting forecasting activities alongside planning teams

* Building strong relationships with customers and logistics partners

* Monitoring customer stock levels to maximise product availability

* Processing import and export documentation to support smooth operations

* Following established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

* Providing support and cover for wider team activities when required
