Description

Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Communicate effectively with clients to address payment queries and disputes.
Monitor credit limits and assess credit risks for new and existing customers.
Prepare and send out invoices and statements promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient cash flow management.
Generate regular reports on credit control activities and account statuses.
Support the accounting and finance team with additional administrative tasks as required.Profile
