Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Location: Emersons Green, Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation within the logistics industry. They are currently looking for a professional and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and fast-paced team based in Emersons Green.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys problem-solving and delivering exceptional support to clients. The role offers a clear route to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails

• Providing accurate information and support regarding orders, deliveries, and services

• Logging customer queries and updating internal systems

• Investigating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within an office or call centre environment

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office software

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
