Temporary Customer Services Advisor | Wakefield + Hybrid

Salary: £24,500 per annum (pro rata)

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and friendly service across a range of communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:

Answering inbound customer calls.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Providing accurate information and updating customer records.
Delivering an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enjoys speaking with people and helping to resolve queries.
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
Is confident using computer systems.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. This role would suit someone looking to gain office-based experience or take their first step into a customer service career.

Working Hours
You'll work four weekdays (Monday to Friday) plus either a Saturday or Sunday each week.

Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm
Saturday or Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, working from home.
