Temporary Data Entry / Administration Assistant

£12.71 per hour

We are looking for two organised and detail-focused individuals to support an exciting data entry project on a temporary basis for approximately 6–8 weeks.

Working as part of a busy team, you will play an important role in helping transfer existing data and electronic files onto a new internal IT system, ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently. You will also provide general administrative support to the team throughout the project.

The Role

Transferring data and electronic files from existing systems onto a new internal IT system.
Inputting and updating information accurately.
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
Checking information for accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
Organising and managing electronic files and records.
Providing general administration support as required.
Helping ensure the project runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
 About You

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Excel and updating spreadsheets.
Good general IT skills and comfortable working with different systems.
Able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Organised, reliable and able to manage repetitive tasks.
A positive, flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
Pay and Other Info

£12.71 per hour
9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
