Temporary Events Operations Assistant

We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Events Operations Assistant to join a busy events team in London on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused Events Assistant who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure multiple events run smoothly. You'll provide essential operational and administrative support across a range of events, keeping everything organised, accurate and on track.

Key responsibilities

Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple events
Maintaining accurate event records, databases and spreadsheets
Coordinating event information, documentation and schedules
Managing catering requirements
Assisting with attendee and guest administration
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
Managing emails and responding to event-related queries
Preparing documents, reports and event materials
Updating systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Supporting the wider events team with general operational tasks
Managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office
A clear and professional communicator
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
Calm and organised in a busy, fast-paced environment
Previous events is desirable
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
