Temporary Finance Administrator

Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join an exciting finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance administration or accounts experience, with the potential for the position to become permanent.

As a Temporary Finance Administrator you will provide administrative support to the finance team, helping to clear an existing backlog of work ahead of year-end, whilst ensuring financial records and customer accounts are maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Assist with clearing an administrative backlog ahead of year-end.
Support the credit control function with day-to-day administration.
Maintain and update customer account records.
Assist with reviewing and reconciling account information.
Process and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Respond to internal queries and provide general finance administration support.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.About You:

Must be immediately available and able to start a new role in early November.
Ideally based in Eastbourne or the surrounding areas.
Previous experience in finance administration, accounts administration or credit control would be advantageous.
Alternatively, you may be an AAT student, recent finance graduate or someone looking to secure their first opportunity within finance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within finance, working alongside an established team, with the added potential to secure a permanent position longer-term.
