Forklift Driver

Our client, a Global Packaging Manufacturer, is currently seeking a Forklift driver to join their well-established team on an 8 week temporary basis.

Our client is looking for an immediate start for an 8 week assignment.

You must have a valid forklift certificate

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a forklift truck to move, load and unload materials and products.

* Transport raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods around the site.

* Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.

* Safely stack and store products in designated areas.

* Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

* Carry out routine forklift checks before use and report any faults or defects.

* Follow all site health and safety procedures and company policies.

* Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working area.

Experience Required:

* Experienced in operating a forklift

* Forklift licence/certificate required

* Reliable, punctual and hardworking

* Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* A good team player with a positive attitude

* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
