This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading organisation within the horticulture sector during a busy period, helping coordinate key events and campaigns with minimal onboarding.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard. Planning and delivering materials for high-profile events, including content capture and event support during the conferences and awards. Liaising with printers and suppliers to produce print materials, ensuring specifications are met and proofreading is accurate. Supporting social media and content creation during events, including live posting and capturing vox pops. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum. Assisting with email marketing campaigns and CRM management to support event promotion. Attending events and visits as required, supporting logistical and operational needs. Proven experience in managing marketing projects, ideally within an agency, events, or marketing operations setting. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and proofreading skills, particularly with print materials. Experience supporting social media during events and creating engaging content in real time. Familiarity with email automation and CRM platforms. Confidence liaising directly with printers and suppliers. Calm under pressure and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle, as travel expenses will be reimbursed. Location Based in Didcot with regular presence in the office at least three days a week. Transport links are limited, so own transport is essential. There is onsite parking available. Occasional travel to events and sites will be required; all travel costs will be reimbursed.
