Job Description - Temporary Payroll Manager

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Manager to join their client’s team in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.

You will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

This role is instrumental in providing support and guidance to junior members of the team.

Key benefits:

£22.08 per hour to £24.16 per hour

About the role:

Lead a team of 4
Support with the implementation of a new payroll system
Manage the organisations end to end in house payroll service with high levels of accuracy
Support the wider people team in implementing organisation wide payroll policies and procedures

About you:

Proven experience as a payroll manager, with experience of supporting a team
Experience of managing end to end payroll in a large organisation,
Knowledge of statutory payroll and HMRC regulations
Immediately available or available on one weeks’ notice
