Temporary Property Administrator - Part Time

Part-Time Administrator - Property Company - 3 days per week including Wednesday and Friday.

Near Paddock Wood, Kent (Office Based) | Free Parking Available | £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Part-Time Administrator to join a friendly and professional team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a property or legal administration background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, process-driven support.

The Role

Preparing legal sales packs for home sales
Company secretary administration
Managing post-completion documentation
Processing property consents and variations
Handling invoice payments
Liaising with solicitors, clients and internal stakeholders
General administrative supportRequirements

Previous administration experience, ideally within a property or legal environment or similar
Strong communication and organisational skills
Highly process-driven with excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks
Good IT skillsAssignment Details

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1-2 months initially
