Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are currently seeking a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a busy finance team based in Gillingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience in accounts payable.

• Accurately processing high volumes of purchase invoices
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Resolving supplier and internal queries
• Supporting the finance team with month-end tasks

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and time management skills
