Temporary Receptionist – Ealing

Location: Ealing, London
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Temporary assignment: 18–20 August

We are looking for a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover over three evenings in Ealing. This is a quiet reception environment, with some general administrative duties required during the shifts.

Hours

Tuesday 18 August: 4:15pm–9:45pm (includes a 30-minute induction with our Head of Operations)
Wednesday 19 August: 4:45pm–9:45pm
Thursday 20 August: 4:45pm–9:45pm
Key Duties

Providing a friendly and professional reception service
Welcoming and assisting visitors as required
Monitoring the reception area
Completing general administration tasks during quieter periods
Requirements

Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
Professional, reliable and punctual
Confident working independently in a quiet reception environment
Good communication and basic administration skills
Must be available for all three shifts
Rate: £14.50 per hour
