- Hourly rate From: £12.25

- Working Pattern: Part Time

Are you available on Saturday, June 29th from 8am to 5pm? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organised
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
