About the Role:
As a Repairs Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless repairs service. Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule and allocate repair works to trade operatives and external contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Diary Management: Monitor and adjust daily diaries to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
Customer Engagement: Liaise with tenants to arrange convenient repair appointments, providing timely information regarding their home maintenance.
Fleet Management: Oversee fleet vehicle compliance, coordinating servicing and MOTs, while maintaining accurate mileage records. Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage repair works and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Raise and manage works orders in the housing system.
Process supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
Support the Repairs Support Manager with reporting and KPI measurement.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Experience in office administration and database management; knowledge of the housing sector is a plus!
Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload.
