Temporary Talent Coordinator

Temporary Talent Coordinator, Salford based.

6-month duration (with strong possibility to extend)

31 hours per week, Hybrid working

£13.45 per hour + holiday pay

Responsibilities as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.

* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments.

* Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.

* Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles.

* Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

* Support offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

* Act as the main recruitment contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and support.

* Maintain recruitment systems, applicant tracking records and candidate data.

* Develop talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.

* Produce recruitment reports, monitor hiring KPIs and identify process improvements.

* Ensure recruitment activities comply with GDPR and employment legislation.

Essentials for the role as as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.

* Min 2 years previous recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination experience essential.

* Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.

* Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

* Confident building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

* Experience using applicant tracking/HR systems and Microsoft Office.

* High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
