Temporary Team Administrator (IT Department) Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Coordinating IT onboarding for new employees to ensure seamless setup and access. Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and equipment allocations. Managing the issue, collection, and return of IT equipment, including damaged devices. Monitoring equipment warranties and arranging repairs or replacements as needed. Organising onsite IT support when required. Raising purchase orders for new IT equipment to support procurement processes. Ensuring employees have the correct building fob and door access.
