Temporary Time & Attendance Assistant

Location: Morley, West Yorkshire (Hybrid working with 1-2 office days per week)Duration: 3 monthsAbout Us:We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation seeking a Time & Attendance Assistant to join the team. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and time worked
Assist with payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with company policies
Generate reports and analyse attendance data
Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding attendance-related enquiries
Requirements:
Previous experience in time and attendance administration preferred
Proficient in using time-tracking software (JoinedUp) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
