Warehouse Assistant (Temp)
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Job Type: Temporary - 3 weeks initially

Join our client as a Temporary Warehouse Assistant and play an important part in keeping the warehouse operations organised, accurate and running safely. Based at the Wallingford office, you'll support a focused warehouse project, helping accurately log, audit and maintain records and ensuring inventory information is kept up to date.

Your role and responsibilities:

Accurately log and audit samples held within the warehouse, helping ensure records are complete and up to date.
Maintain accurate records once samples have been processed and complete appropriate remedial actions where required.
Support the team in maintaining an accurate and well-managed warehouse inventory.
Carry out general warehouse duties safely and efficiently.
Maintain clear and accurate information using relevant systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.What you'll need to thrive in this role:

Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records while working to deadlines.
Confidence using computers, with familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with warehouse inventory management systems would also be useful.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A proactive and dependable approach, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility for completing tasks safely and to a high standard
