Are you a seasoned professional looking to make your mark on a major infrastructure project? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) to join our clients team in East Suffolk. This is a vital role for the rail and civils scheme where you will lead the management of temporary works design, installation quality, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining an accurate Temporary Works Register in line with BS5975:2019 standards and ensuring all design checks are properly documented. Collaborating closely with designers, construction managers, and subcontractors to deliver safe, compliant technical solutions. Conducting rigorous quality and compliance audits, producing Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and managing hold points to guarantee site safety. Acting as a central point of contact to resolve design changes and ensure the construction programme remains on track.
Who Are We Looking For?
We need a proactive, organised leader who can stay calm under pressure. To excel in this role, you should have:
At least 3 years of experience as a TWC on complex rail infrastructure or civil engineering projects. A valid CITB Temporary Works Coordinator training certificate and a solid understanding of BS5975:2019. Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or higher). A valid PTS and CSCS card. The ability to pass a basic DBS check for site security clearance.
